Change logon background picture in Windows 7 operating system

Just follow the steps as this picture.........
Right Click on this image and save it to View in full Size......

Important: Edit Registry carefully. It is better to export registry keys before modify them. Exported registry key can be use as backup in the case of any mistakes.
